Developed by the NJEDA, the NJ Capital Access Fund provides working capital with fixed interest rates and flexible spending guidelines, so you have the freedom to achieve more and to plan your business’s bright future.

Competitive loan terms:
- Between 36 and 60 months
- Borrow up to $250,000
- No prepayment penalties
- Fixed interest rates for the life of the loan — As of September 18, 2024, rates range from 9% to 11%, depending on length of the loan
- No specific collateral required
Eligible businesses and nonprofits must:
- Operate in the state of New Jersey
- Have fewer than 50 employees
- Have an annual revenue of $10 million or less
- Have been in business for at least one year prior to the date of application
- Demonstrate the ability to repay the loan through cash flow

Calvert Impact
Funding for the NJ Capital Access Fund is arranged by Calvert Impact, a nonprofit investment firm based in Bethesda, MD. Calvert Impact is also the lead servicer for the program.
Community Reinvestment Fund, USA
This program’s online application and matching platform is hosted by Community Reinvestment Fund, USA, a national CDFI based in Minneapolis, MN.
